Oh man. It is SO on. With just over 2 weeks to the due date, I have sparked the fire under my own ass to bust this poster out. Perhaps that was worded strangely, but you get my drift. These sketches are just the beginning of something awesome. Remember that poem by Shel Silverstein called "My Beard" from
Where The Sidewalk Ends? If not, it goes like this:
My beard grows down to my toes,
I never wears no clothes,
I wraps my hair
Around my bare,
And down the road I goes....
so cute, right?! This poem was my favorite as a kid, and I can't wait to incorporate it into a poster design. The hair-type from the sketch will spell out the words. A large bearded-man image may be overprinted. (BTW, the guy in the sketch resembles my dad during the late 70's...yay dads!) Check back for design updates, or just
