A beautiful new lantern!

I'm super proud of this one. It's made with sturdy 100# cover stock, spraypainted on both sides with metallic gold. It stands 11" tall. Someone should totally buy this... that's it, I'm posting on Etsy.

More lanterns... is this marketable?

I bought some wood-grain Con-Tact paper on impulse from the hardware store a few months ago, and I've finally found a use for it! So far I've made 4 lanterns with it. 3 hang from the ceiling, and one is holding some dried flowers on my kitchen table. Personally, I think it's super fantastic. But would you buy this if I put it up on Etsy (for cheap)? Like, in sets of 2 pieces (1 hanging lantern and a smaller matching vase/pencil holder one?) Hmmm??

No. 5 — Paper Lanterns! FUN!

Paper is fuuuuun! Last week I saw some of these things decorating the window of a paper store. I had to make them! Plus, what else are you gonna do in Iowa? These amazing, cheap decorations are truly underrated.
